Male identification: Large spots each side of the mid-dorsal line create a series of mid-dorsal black diamond shapes along the abdomen, becoming smaller but remaining formed towards the tail. Spots on abdominal segment 9 fused to create one very large mid-dorsal spot. Yellow spots at the base of each wing. Relatively thick mid-dorsal line on thorax. |
